Digital dieting

I think i have been spending too much time using digital devices. At work, I use a computer/laptop. After work, I use my iPad. At home, I am either using my computer or iPad. When I travel overseas, I have my laptop with me while in transit.

Having an internet connection is useful but it can distract me from doing meaningful things, such as writing. I am going to prescribe myself a reduced digital diet next year.
